This website is operated by ErieWeb LLC. These terms explain website use and our approach to service agreements. They do not create a paid order simply because you browse or contact us.

Website information and demonstrations

Package descriptions explain available service options. Final scope, price, delivery dates, hosting charges, third party costs, and support are established in a separate written agreement. Template businesses, sample prices, and interactive modules are demonstrations, not actual customer businesses, testimonials, available products, orders, appointments, or payment services.

We do not guarantee search rankings, visitor numbers, sales, business growth, uninterrupted uptime, or absolute security. Any specific service commitment must be set out in your written agreement.

Working with ErieWeb

Before work begins, both parties must accept a written agreement describing the deliverables, responsibilities, approval process, fees, payment schedule, and any ongoing services. Please provide accurate instructions and only content you have the rights to use. Additional features and changes to an accepted scope require agreement on any additional cost and timing.

Payments, refunds, and cancellation

Our Refunds & Cancellation Policy makes accepted website projects noncancelable for convenience and project payments nonrefundable, subject to legal rights. Hosting can be canceled at any time to stop future renewals. These material terms must be disclosed and accepted in the service agreement before payment.

Hosting and domains

When ErieWeb builds your website, your first year of hosting is free. After that first year, hosting continues on the plan you choose: $50 per month or $500 per year: and renews automatically at that price until you cancel. We will email you before your first charge. You may cancel at any time, without giving a reason, by emailing [email protected]; cancellation stops future renewals and your hosting continues to the end of the period you have already paid for. Annual terms are paid in advance and are not prorated or refunded for unused months, except where required by law or agreed in writing. These terms, and any notices required by applicable law, are presented for your affirmative agreement before hosting begins.

For domains, ErieWeb covers domain costs and handling up to $50 in total. Registration, transfer, or renewal costs above that amount are your responsibility, billed at cost and confirmed with you before we incur them. Premium or previously owned domain names can cost substantially more than that allowance. Domain registrations are provided by third party registrars under their own terms.

This website does not enroll you in a subscription or charge you. Hosting begins only under a written agreement you accept.

Content and intellectual property

Ownership and permitted use of the website we build for you, source files, reusable components, domains, and licensed assets must be specified in your service agreement. Third party materials remain subject to their own licenses. AI assisted material may have limitations on copyright protection or exclusivity. We do not promise exclusive rights to AI generated material or ownership of third party marks.

Do not reproduce content from this website unless you have permission or applicable law permits it. Any third party names or marks belong to their respective owners; a reference does not itself indicate endorsement.

Acceptable use and external services

Do not use this website to send unlawful content, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or misuse someone else’s personal information or intellectual property. Linked sites and service providers operate under their own terms. Features that use those services require suitable setup and agreements for your business.
